Cannot post comment in WB Skins section

Yesterday & today, tried to post a comment about a skin in the WB section (Primavera, in this case) but could not.  The 'Submit' button will highlight when I hover over it but clicking it just takes me to the top of the page & never 'submits' the comment.

no larger than 100 x 100. Maximum filesize is 40 kb.

It says 150 x 150 on the site Wiz, maximum size 100KB. Mine is 150 x 150. o_O

Ooops, that is for a personal image, not the avatar. You're right.

Correct, and going by his linked photo, it is an avatar he wishes to upload. ;)

Personal Image
Select a *.JPG (.jpg), *.PNG (.png) file no larger than 150 x 150. Maximum filesize is 100 kb.

....& nyet, WIZ....if you had looked closely at my uploaded .jpg from Facebook, it IS a personal image I was attempting in vain to upload, per Wincustomize's parameters

Try logging into JoeUser with your WC login ID and then clicking on My Account then Images and change it there.

This seems to work better.

Thanks, Paul.  I'll see what whitelisting WC does.  Kinda figured the 'submit code' would be the same as JU's, which is without issue with the above config.  Evidently, not.

And, as you can see, it's just comments on skins that are a problem, so I guess that code is most assuredly different.

Disabled all my extensions, restarted PM & still no go.

Boatload of stuff happened with aa.chango.com after clicking the Submit button though, at least according to the status bar.  That seem right?

Make sure to white list WC...not the forum .... they're 2 separate animals....;)

What's the name of the image you're uploading?

It can only use alpha-numeric characters.  Anything using !@#$%^&*  etc will fail...;)

The avatars were wonky... mine got switched without my doing a thing. Sometimes it's a server issue. That would be the case especially if you can't change avatars through JoeUser.

If all these suggestions haven't helped, perhaps it'd be best if you shot a note to support@stardock.com . They'll get to the bottom of it.

thx Paul.....IMG_1944 ii{a Canon upload}....I've done this a million times w/o these issues....I'm on a Windows 7 64bit platform with Chrome & IE10 browsers so I cannot imagine why this is occurring(yet I can upload screenshots to Facebook sans problem)
