PROBLEM SOLVED - Custom tiles for outposts didn't show correctly

Disregard this! The error must have been local. I still get some weird glitches from time to time, but I'm starting to see that it doesn't hurt to restart the game several times after editing the tile graphics. Very often this solves the problem.
