camera panning is too fast

as per thread title, just tapping a directional button will move the screen a lot. would be nice to decrease the speed but you can only go from default 100 to 0, no intermediate steps :/

 

also I'd recommend 30/35 as default SFX volume, they're way too loud right now ( annoyingly so )
