[.95] Quest Location Difficulty Mislabeled

I don't know if there are others, but the quest location "Cobwebbed Ruins" is labeled as weak, but it spawns a Ravenous Harridan, which would get a weak label on the adventure map.

Happens all the time for me. I just had a "weak" quest to clear out a barn, the enemies were three of those panther things and a plaguestalker. That's an attack total of 63 on some of the fastest units in the game against my 2 hero 18 attack total.

 

That was an instant rage quit, which is why I'm now here...
