Vasari Colony Pods and AR Wail

I've been wondering this since Beta 2:  Could a Vasari allied with an Advent Rebel put an Orky at the Advent's planet with Colony Pods and power up Wail by doing so?

No since it's not part of the planets populace. Unless I'm mistaken the 50 pop goes on the sb?

New TEC-L and AR Strategy:

  1. AR Colonize Planet
  2. AR build Temple of Communion
  3. TEC-L Sends Envoy Cruiser with Settlers
  4. TEC-L RB-Guards all the incoming phase lanes.
  5. Wait...

When the enemy is coming to attack you:

Once they can't cancel their jump orders into your gravity well, fire Wail.  Then depending on what is left jumping into your gravity well, RB it.
