Bah on limit this, that and other stuff

Limits... you shall soon die!

Any limit should be able to be modded higher.  1 titan that carries over xp... idiotic.  If you lose it, it's gone unless the combat system is some uber Ai that transmits some basic functions, but the xp carryover is too Cylon -too Eve Online.  The crew is dead and might be reincarnated as an UrQuan KohrAh -if they are lucky.  Spam your corvettes harder, we will fry them up and add their bones to our Trophy Bone Pit.

I haven't looked yet, but I had assumed that unit caps were set somewhere in ship files or in constants and NOT hard-coded. Hopefully that's the case, otherwise it will be a huge irritant for pretty much every mod that goes beyond basic tweaks.
