Rebellion Saves showing up in Diplomacy

I just tried to fire up a game in Diplomacy and found all of my saves from rebellion in it.  Of course you can't load them because you'll just get a crash, but I tend to use similar game save names across both Rebellion and Diplomacy, so now I'm having great difficulty discerning between which saves are from Rebellion and which saves are from Diplomacy.  I just checked the file save location on the hard drive and both Rebellion and Diplomacy are definitely using the same game save folders (C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Save-"single/multi").  I have noticed that Diplomacy saves are no longer showing up in Rebellion, but Rebellion's saves are definitely showing up in Diplomacy.  Can this be looked into and fixed so Rebellion's saves don't show up in Diplomacy.
