So I still can't launch the beta. I have exhausted all my available options and I still minidump as soon as I click play. My laptop is a core i5 that meets the suggested requirements and then some. I have tried to verify the game integrity, and still come up short... anyone have any bright ideas?
I would try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. If that still does not work, try running it as an Admin. If that fails as well, I suggest contacting Stardock. Let me see if I can find the email for you.
Edit: support@stardock.com or rebellionbeta@stardock.com . I am not sure which one though.

Well, I suppose contacting Stardock would be the next step. I am sorry that I can not be of any more help, I am quite certain that there are others more suited on these fourms to helping you than I ever could.

Definitely follow the instructions in the thread Pbhead linked. Also, did you mean to say you upgraded your video card drivers, did you actually upgrade your video card hardware? If you upgraded your video card it'd be good to know what you had before as well (assuming it you got the same crash bug on both).

i did follow pbhead's instructions, and for clarification, i just got the new set of drivers, i did not actually get a new video card.
