What'd I miss?

Well, a few of you may recognize me, but it's been a while.  You see, the computer I played sins on died and I never got around to installing it on a new one, but I just got a laptop for college, so as I type this, I am installing sins once more  :grin:  

 

I'm just wondering what big things have happened in the past year that I've missed if any....

Okay.  I'll have to redownload diplo and entrenchment from impulse so I can get those.  Right now it's just updating vanilla which is a 220 MB update and I've got a 100kB/s download speed

I recognize your name.  Welcome back.  The biggest news in Diplomacy is that the most recent patch dramatically reduced the amount of lag in online multiplayer games.  (Hard to believe, but the lag is mostly gone.)
