If Hard Work Scares You, Try this Desperation Diet!

So my friends, I am trying to lose about 18 pounds. But that's just an estimate. Because it's really more about the body fat percentage for me, as dictated by my TANITA SCALE, which acurrate or no, will at least show what direction you are heading in. I am TRYING to do this through means of eating healthy. The diet is 5 days of low carb, low fat, one day of moderate carb low fat and one pure cheat day a week.
calories on 5 days a week are 2000.
calories on moderate carb day are about 2300
cheat day could be 2500 - 3000 I estimate.

Exercise is weight lifting three times a week, aerobics 4 times a week, and on Sundays a nice walk. Mondays there is no exercise.

BUT if losing weight slowly is not your cup of tea, try this diet:

Every waking hour have one apple and one diet soda. Even if you ate 12 times a day you would intake less than 1200 calories. Be sure to take your vitamins as your body will be completely malnourished.

Okay okay. PLEASE nobody do this. I am trying to poke fun at myself over how desperate I feel sometimes. I lost weight, got down to 132, felt great. It took 70 days for me to get there from 150. It took only 4 weeks, 28 days to get almost back to 150 again. So NOW I have to start all over again. Hooray for me! Not really.

Oh and let me tell you what I think my mistake has been and how I am going to avoid it this time. After losing the weight I switched to a different diet plan with more carbs in an attempt to "bulk up". Hahahaha. Boy did it work. I feel fat now. I have learned that carbs for me --- well they are not good. I'm a big believer in "calories are calories". You cut the calories, you lose weight. But IN ADDITION I do feel that when I hardly eat any carbs other than VEGETABLES and occasionally some fruit, oh and milk products --- in other words no rice bread pasta --- I do not feel hungry all the time and I have way more energy. So after I lose the weight this time if I want to build muscle I am going to just add a tiny bit more carbs, more protein and cut back on cardio. Because that crazy diet plan before was like "after you lift weights, eat lots of fat free carbs" like potatoes and whatnot and it sent me off on this crazy weight gain PLUS now I'm hungry at night whereas before I wasn't.

Don't be like me and be slow to figure out what works for you. Don't read something in a magazine or on the internet and think "I could get better results doing this". Don't do it. If what you are currently doing is working for you, STICK WITH IT!!!! That's my opinion, anyway.

I heard from a health specialist and weight manager that if you eat 5 small meals a day it will boost your metabolism and help you lose weight faster.....I tried this one, but i made tha big mistake.. I love to eat so i thought 5 meals a day ment i could eat all the more and i downed everything 5 times a day. stupid. well it didn't do a dam thing, i gained 3 pounds. so For every 5 meals a day wut u should eat is:
eg.1: (breakfast) fruit salad
eg.2: (brunch) chopped carrots/broccoli (wutever veggie u like) with dip.
eg.3: (lunch) one sandwich
see where I am going with this? If you do this kinda thing and be sure to follow the food group(incorporate it with the 5 small meals) and drink 6-8 glasses of water a day u are definetly going to boost your metabolism, and loose the weight naturally and in a way your body can handle. YOU HAVE TO DRINK THE WATER!!!!!

isn't it unhealthy to like lose 10 pounds in 10 day?!?! gosh ppl just eat healthy eat less and excersise like once a day for like half an hour stop complaining and get your butt away from the computer and go on a walk or somethin GESH!!!!!

i tried southbeach and that really works and im sticking to eat and in the passed week I lost 9 pounds and it really works. i love the southbeach diet (it rocks). If you want to lose 10 pounds fast try the southbeach diet...

mstly because teens need more nutrients than adults. because of growing bones, muscle and brains. eating things that are good for you and cutting back on the snack food to the weekend is a good plan. plus gat outside and move!!!!!1

i don't believe that is going to work/ your body needs more then just an apple and diet soda. what ever happen to vegies. and water? just because you take vitimans doesn't mean that your body is going to get the nutrition it needs. and if you do lose the weight. its going to be discusingly sick.
whatever, sounds to me your on a fast track to an eating disorder, and it won't be pretty.

uhhh...i read all guys but dude...im only gunna say: If u wanna lose like 1 pound a day then uhh....drink water and keep on a NON-STOP walking exercise...i tried it and it worked except that i....didnt eat anything and that made me feel like shit, so all ya gotta do is eat anything that is low-fat or even NO FATs at all, then walk or dance, i prefer the "dance" exercise thingy, it even helps u to sweat!!!! hahaha!!! ma bro is 15 yrs old and hes THIN!!! no matter how much he eats his still thin!!! of cours! coz he got metashitbolism, he even take long walks with his friends to not to waste the car gas, any way...mayeb u should ask the help of god?? The ONLY way to lose weight safely and KEEP IT OFF is to eat a sensible balanced diet and get exercising. There is no point looking nice on the outside if your heart and arteries are crying out for mercy because you have a dreadful diet. Simply burn off more calories than you take in to stay healthy and in shape. FOOLS!!!!
