What happened to it, I tried to build it but there is no icon Remember it in the screenshot.

Never was a new Capital ship. You might of seen pics of some placeholders from eairler betas but Devs confirmed on several topics about the picture that there was no new Capital.

It was just a bug in the alpha that the Envoy was on the wrong tab.
