Demigod Ideas Organization/Categorization

this is a repost because no one in the idea section was paying attention

 

 

now i'm sure some of you might be feeling the pulls of chaos when it comes to browsing for an old idea... or maybe looking up someone for a reference.  i personaly have had to google search posts every time i think of someone who posted a few days ago and the idea has come up again in a new post.

my proposition, and this is more for the Admin's to read than anyone, is to have an OFFICAL pinned post at the top of this section where people can index their ideas acording to category.  simply put i want a topic that says something like "OFFICAL - New Demigod Ideas" and another that says "OFFICAL - New Map Ideas" etc etc. pinned to the top of this forum. 

then when ever someone makes a post about a new demigod/map/mod/mode or fix.  thay can make the post... and then go into the pinned post and put down the name of it... a short description.. and a forum link.

 

now i've already seen a few of these already for example Chemical_Mayhem had a really good one for Demigods a few days ago but that got buried (here)... and Ultroman had a good one for Gamemodes but was also buried (here).

 

something like this is a must for anything that devv's and admins who might be looking for new ideas for the game.  rather than taking the newest post... or the one that had the biggest flame war in it, they can simply go down the list and search for something realistic and "good".

I'm sure they will look again at he originization of the forums as release comes closer.  Right now the community is fairly small, and while it may be a bit unorginized from an outsider's point of view.  its still pretty easy to sift through whe posts at the moment.   Also, we don't have anything "official" to be pinned as you suggested yet.

actually its a pretty big community... specialy with the amount of ideas and changes that go thou the Idea section every day.  so many god ideas get buried by repeat crap and its so sad to see these good ideas go to waste.  all i'm asking is for something like the one in the stratagy section (right here).  and that a maintained one... all i'm looking for is something where people cna post their own lists... liek the ones i mentioned.

if any admin is reading this... for the love of all things organized and creative just pin a topic at the top for catiloging ideas... or create a post and ask the Idea section what they want... pleaz... :pout:
