The game doesnot play

There is now where in this site a contact form to contact the developers? has anyone got the same bug, I download the patch with impulse still the game DOESNOT PLAY!!!!!!

you can get help at, if I remember correctly, support@ironcladgames.com.  Also the reason there is no form to contact the devs is they are constantly on the forums answering questions and generally being helpful.

the problem is that the FAQ doesnot adress the question why the game doesnot run

when I click on the icon the sceen shows up where the options of play the game, update the game, etc are listed, none of the links to the websites work, when I click on web or stardock or ironclad it says " application no found, what do I do reomve and reinstall the game?

I am not actualy sure what your saying here. your initial description of your problem is a tad brief. are you saying that when you click the icon on your desktop nothing happens? or does it bring up the little sins launcher thing and then that does nothing? are you trying to start the game from impulse? or from a desktop shortcut?

Also support@ironcladgames.com , or if it is a problem with impulse, support@stardock.com is who you wanna email.

And the FAQ (which stands for Frequently asked questions) probably isn't going to cover a general question of "it doesn't work" your going to need more detials and such.

If you give more detials i am sure some one will be able to provide you with some form of help.

I installed the game, I click on the icon on the desktop the launch window appears I hit in the little rectangle that says play the game, after I click on it the box dissappears as if the game will start and then nothing, the game doesnot start, nothing happens, I went into the file in the computer where the game is installed under the folder Stardock games I click on the file for running it brings the same launch window, I click on play nothing happens, all the links on the launch window that goes to this site and other site give me an error the one I posted above. the bottom line  is the game doesnot launch. I have windows XP sp3 with Nvidia graphic card fully updated with the last graphic cards drivers 4 gig ram 250 gig hard drive

also I have bypassed my firewall with this site as trusted one and nothjing

You get absolutly nothing after you click launch? Does your computer start to run slow or anything that might indicate it's trying to load the game? try hitting control alt delete to see if its running but just not displaying. you also might wanna try to reinstall.

seriously email support, those people will do everything in their power to try to get it to run for you.
