Well I preordered the game way back in April of 2008 and I still haven't gotten my box, despite the fact that they were supposedly mailed last Monday Priority Mail. So either they didn't mail it then, or, it's lost.  People I know who bought the game after me already received it. So what happened (especially since they have the right address, since I've ordered stuff from them before with no problem) is beyond me.

It would've been helpful to get an email saying it had been mailed with some sort of tracking.

Did they preorder from SD or was it from someone else? not sure but some kind of response would be nice letting us know. maybe something they can offer in the future is tracking, cause i dont think there's any way to track the order, and if there is kindly instruct me on getting there.

My friend ordered it from Stardock the exact same way I did, just a few days later.

was hoping they would see the forum. i didnt feel like going there since it really hasnt been that long since it came out when i originally posted, but a few more days and no responses, ill definitly head for support. i know shipping can be a drag, but after awhile then its one of them "wait wasnt i supposed to get this a month ago" type deals, lol.

bump, still curious if theres more people out there with this issue. the more that dont have it, the more i think its bigger than just a simple misplaced order.

I just got mine today. Which is odd considering the box's label says the "run date" was the 10th. Another package which came from much further away, and via regular mail (as opposed to Priority) and mailed later (Friday), also arrived today. So why this one took so long, I have no idea. Maybe you just have to hang in there too. When did you order the game?

hmmm, i know i ordered before what it says, but the order says the 13th. ill have to get the receipt from the buyer (had to use friend's credit card) and look for the real date.  im really hoping its just a matter of waiting.

If you ordered fairly recently then it won't be in the first wave mailed. Those were reserved for people who ordered before February 26th. I ordered way back in April of 2008 (yes, 2008), which is why I was concerned.
