I really like it and can't wait to see the back of the box. I would suggest the following ideas for the front:
- make the rooks flag match the stardock logo color. This will probably look much more aesthetically pleasing
- Ditch the PC DVD-ROM logo in the bottom right. This info is already in the upper right.
- Shift Stardock to the far right and center GPG.
To me that would look even beter.

The font for Demigod has been like that months now.
And you are raising this point now?
To me that font does not look like scifi, it looks fantasy font style.
I would say the same thing as Trigeminal
I would agree with changing the flag colour as well, just so long as it isn't red, as it really stands out (in a bad way) from the rest of the box.
This is the box art that amazon.com and gamestop.com used since January.
Anyways, Trigeminal's suggestions are great.
Looks awesome. If not for the great picture, then for seeing the Stardock and GPG logo next to eachother. I love it. 
And there I was, thinking the scantily clad vixen was SURE to be on the cover

Although I agree it looks more sci-fi, I think it is fitting. When I look at it it looks powerful and demanding like a demigod. While a more fantasy style font would look more elegant and safisticated. With it you would lose some of that power behind the idea of a demigod.
I think the blue stardock logo clashes a little. Its a great logo, but maybe a tad too big for that box. Like the clash is that the blue seems to stick up above the GPG logo and it is a bright blue when everything else down there is a softer grey, white, or black. If think if the blue S logo was moved over to the right side and made a little smaller it would look better.
Looks good but i think you need another demigod Like Torch in there opposing Rook so it better conveys the game play
