Problem with Returning Armanda massive econ drain

Basically what happen is I need alot of ships and I keep them on auto and even with fleet supply at zero. They still drain crystal/metal/credit and it hit my crystal very hard.
It is not easy as find them and turn them off. So I propose at least have a fleet supply check each 15 sec or so.
