Install Impulse and update the game with it. You need to have a Stardock Account to update.

all your emails that you've used when registering any of the products have to match. If this was your problem, then you need to contact Stardock to tell them what emails you've used and the one email which you wish to use in the future. You may throw in the serial numbers to the respective products as well.

They'll jump through ridiculous hoops to get your product working, man. Don't stress. Just shoot them an e-mail and get the process started.

Sure is. I had the same problem as you when I upgraded recently to the ToA exp. My emails did not match and nothing would work. At htis point I had no experience on these boards or any digital interaction with the GC2 team. So I sent a mean-spirited email to the stardock support that embarasses me now. :SNIFF!:

At the time I had no idea people actually read those things (my experience with other companies) and wrote that email expressing anger at the system thinking that no human eyes would ever respond, just an auto-reply crap mail that never helps. Imagine my shame when a real life person responded within hours with a thought out post addressing my specific issues. :SURPRISED:

The customer care and attention-to-detail with Stardock is top-notch all around, a lesson I learned with a mouthful of crow.

Lets face it, most companies your lucky to even get an auto-responder, let alone one that strings together any useful sentences, let alone one that makes sense.

Stardocks?
- Auto-respond, yup, but sensible, and they mean it
- Automatically gets Tracked
- Human Being then answers, usually within hours .....

- Not only that, but answers with .... wait for it .... a Solution :SURPRISED:

There is a god ... I just wish other software houses would see The Light and Convert, but I'm not holding my breath..
