June 17. Everywhere in North America.

I am going to Vietnam June 13. I had hoped to at least have a beta of the program by then. A number of Vietnamese are quite interested in the workings of our system. If nothing is available until June 17, I could download it in Hanoi, but I worry that I might get in trouble for downloading anything with a title like "Political Machine" in a communist country.

Talk is relatively free there as long as you don't have a really strict party minder with you. However, Internet downloads are scrutinized. Is there a way I could legally transfer a download from my computer to another computer without using the Internet? I would be willing to pay for a second TMP 2008. I am not into illegal duplications. If I had an actual disc, I could give it to my Vietnamese friends and then get another one for myself once I got back. I would not want to risk having a Vietnamese citizen download this onto their personal computer.

I'd email sales@stardock.com.  It's possible that between them and support something could be done to spread the word.

hey I checked walmart, best-buy, target and a few others. the only place that had it was Game Stop. Can somebody help me out.

It should be showing up on shelves at these places soon.  We're thinking end of this week, or early next week. 

Basically, all we can say at this point is that you will be able to buy it in those stores, but it's up to them as to when they unpack the boxes and put them on the shelves.

Even so, they have to unpack the shipment from us in order to have a copy of the game to ship to you.  You most likely won't see it available on their website until they have it on their shelves too.  And even then, it's up to the store as to whether or not they want to sell it via their website.  You can't always get everything a store sells from the store's website.
