Collector's Edition Content?

When I first bought GC2, I bought the collector's edition from a retail store. Back then, there was special content for that version.
If I reinstall the entire game and all expansions from impulse, will all that content be included, or do I have to install it seperatly? I can't recall, but it seems like the extras were included for everone at a later date.
