Ok, where does the bonuspack go?

So I got the digital download version (no box) off the site. In the downloads there was also a file called Sins_Bonuspack_103_setup.exe. I ran that after installing the game.

Now I suspect that the tech-tree etc, is included in that file, but I can't find it! I've search for pdf files, but no such luck.

Am I wrong, is there something else in the bonuspack file?

That file is just the patch, to upgrade the game. The other stuff should be somewhere, but I'm not sure where since I have a boxed copy.

The "bonus pack" part of the patch consists of some extra maps and in-game content that were added after the game went off to manufacturing. The tech tree poster, soundtrack, etc, which you seek are only available to owners of the Collector's Edition (and will appear on the updates page if you're eligible).

He has the digital only version of the game and i understand that is the CE version, right?

I got the 1.3 version of the game from SDC: should i run the 'bonus pack' exe or is it alredy included in the version i have?

The tech tree is in the artwork bonus file (as a PDF file.

Thanks for the replies. It was a seperate download only available through the download updates in the game itself!

I never clicked that option since I 'checked for updates' in SDC. It was the name of the file that was confusing.

Thank you. A related question: should i download any future new patch (only) or the full updated game from my SCD account? Please keep in mind that i downloaded the game from this computer but i have the game running on my home pc wich is not internet connected.

So long as we have the standalone updates available, there's no reason not to use them if that's easier for you.

I bought the "normal" edition from Amazon, not realizing that the downloadable version on SDC was the collector's edition, or I would have realized why the SDC version was more money, and paid the extra.

Is there any way to pay the extra now, and upgrade to the collector's edition? I.e., do you want some more money? :LOL:
