Can't use Forge maps anymore?

Experiencing the same issue here.

Open the map files in notepad, and change the versionnumber from 0 to 1. That should do the trick

Yeah, I finally got it working last night. I really wish we'd get a response on why this has happened.

Well, from the patch notes:

-Scenario names are now localized, no longer use the filename, but instead use a string inside the file.


The old system just picked up the file names in the maps folder so that's how it knew they were all there. The new system updated the stock game maps, but all the user ones needed to be manually updated to work with it

Huh. Invalidating all old forge-maps... That's not the brightest thing to do.

Well I'm sure there was a reason for the change (cleaner, less prone to errors, I don't know). I doubt it was "Hey guys, let's change how maps work so everyone has to go in and update every map by hand.. just for kicks!"

Well, I'm not saying anything bad but a better warning in the patch notes would've helped a tad. Either way, no biggie and I'm a expert with Notepad.

Mildly related to this, I changed the files to 1s when I downloaded the maps but still everytime I load up a map it says I have been defeated. Anyone get this before and know?
