How to get CE MyColors theme?

Sorry if it has already been posted. I had pre-ordered the game so according to my understanding I do get the Collector's Edition. If I am right then where is Sins MyColors Theme?

Download Mycolors:
After installing register the sins theme with "add registration" and your collecters edition serial number, and the email address you used to order it.

I can't have it, I have a message : there was an error validating...please try again.
I have the collector edition and I can play the game so the serial number is good.
I don't understand :p .

Ummm... Those of us that have WB have to add another application for a WB skin? That seems odd to me.

I have a Collector Edition(well download, I should get CD all that soon!) all I got is "Quest" I want a Sin of Solar Empire, not "Quest"(But I hate to Sin)

Its not actually "released" yet, so not all of the serial numbers have been integrated into its database... or so I'm told.
