I pre-ordered six 7 months ago; now what?

I preordered back when the "preorder and get into the beta" deal was up. I pre-ordered, played the beta, then forgot about it until now. It's not in my Stardock account, and I checked my old e-mail, but couldn't find any CD-keys or anything. It's been a while, and I'm not really sure what I should do. Thanks.

If you had the beta, it should still be on your account--you'd just need to pop on SDC and download the final version. Are you using a different account now than you did then?

No, I only have the one account, the one that's just had GalCiv II in it forever. I thought I might be crazy and never bought it in the first place, but the payment is on my bank statement.

I'm going to try Stardock customer support. Thanks for the reply.
