Advent Have no Refinery?

Am I missing it or is it not there!?

Hey yesterday I realized that the Advent have no orbital refinery...Is this supposed to be or did I just overlook it....

Their trade port can function as a refinery afaik.

There should be some sort of upgrade in the research tree.

It's not a refinery as such--when it's toggled to its secondary mode, it increases resource extraction rate.
