I have been waiting for the devs to make some promotional banner images to go along with the desktops for the game for the past few weeks but I have not seen anything and at the moment I dont expect any to be done officially.

So I decided to organize some gorilla marketing ideas I had for Sins regarding catchy tag lines that would garner attention within different communities that I belong to if added to a signature image.

I am not an artist by any stretch of the imagination so I figured I would use what the devs have given us permission to use as the backgrounds for my tags. With that in mind I figured why not see if others had similar ideas and see who could be the most creative with a tag and graphic elements.

Thus I started a thread for people to post ideas and art to on our forums for clans and Modmen of Sin. If anyone is interest please consider yourself invited to participate.


BTW: I know it kind of sucks we dont get sigs on these forums but hey work with me here.

Come on guys enough with the pony shit. Haven't enough threads been trashed already? If you cant or wont make a meaningful contribution to a thread then don't post in it. All this kind of shit does it turn people off from posting in or starting threads. Give it a break already. Just start a pony SPAM thread when you feel the urge to do such things.

This is a serious topic and one that can have lots of positive effects on the community if properly supported and can be invaluable to the SD & IC and should approached accordingly. It is childish antics like this pony stuff on forums that kill communities and such things taking place in evolving ones for new franchises is simply unacceptable action from anyone that claims to enjoy the product as well as support it and wants to see it successful.

I hope if the devs see enough support for this that they may contribute on their own with more current images and banners or even some icon sets. I would like to see them do a Windows Blinds skin for the game to be sold with a few copies given away to beta testers and as contest prizes -etc...

Actually if you purchase the game from WalMart in the U.S. you will get an exclusive Sins MyColors theme. ;)  (Sorry, it's WalMart only and no, we can't give it anywhere else).

@Yarlen - What is a "MyColors" theme? Is it something for Windows basic GUI or SDs product?
