Necromancers Gone Wild?!

I have noticed that in the "Recent Posts" list on the Homepage is constantly reviving posts that have long been dead. Posts from long ago in 2006 have popped up, thus fooling people that these are "New" posts, when in fact it is post necromancy. This is crazy, I get posts back from August 2006 or later that haven't been responded to in a year! I'm not accusing anyone in particular, it could just be a forum bug, but it needs to be stopped.

Edit: I also see old posts and journals constantly recirculate. For example, "How copy protection creates pirates" post was posted two days ago buy frogboy. It is currently at the top of the recent posts tap.
