The U.P. is rigged against evil civs!

I'm the Yor right? I'm evil and I have a decent vote. The issue is should starbasses help allies? I'm playing a 9 race (Drengins conquered by now)galaxy and there is only one other evil civ... The Korx. I'm freinds with them (but not allies). We get out voted so much, it's insane. They need to have a balanced evil/good/neutral galaxy. It's just no fun playing with 6 races. But, I mean, CMON! The U.P. is totally biasses towards evil civs. Good and neutral usually have the same answers. I haven't won a single U.P. yet. I can't leave because if I do I'll lose all trade, EVEN WITH MINORS! AND THEY AREN"T EVEN IN IT! The U.P. IS WAY TO RIGGED FOR A EVEIL CIV TO BE IN! They (me) get all beat up by the votes. Does anyone else agree?

Dictionary.com states

3. The practice of supposedly communicating with the spirits of the dead in order to predict the future.

Wiki states...

a form of conjuration in which the practitioner seeks to summon the spirits of the dead, called operative spirits or spirits of conjuration, in order to gain knowledge of the future events from them.

In regards to forums it means exactly what DethAdder said...

If you're evil you're supposed to KILL the good civs. Then they don't get a vote.
