edit: they were sposed to have got new servers, but maybe only for DB, maybe the file server cant cope now?

i tryed to install beta patch it said it failed. So i tried again now it says account information invalid. stardock central is a pain in the u know what i wish we could get patches in a normal manner. now what do i do reinstall? find my code again?

I'm having the same problems. Got the "invaild URL" for a few attempts & now am only getting "Invalid Account".
Anyone know what's going on?

Frogboy said they took it off SDC and are uploading it as a standalone. Be patient.

Yeah, I tried to install the patch, and it failed. Then SDC CTD'd and now I'm getting Acct Info Invalid.

Wait.. do you hear that? Its Malibu the Nectar.

We're not going to have it on SDC. It was up there briefly but we're going to make it a stand alone download for tonight.

Main reason - it's Friday night and if there's a network problem, there's no IT guys.

Stand by, I'll be posting the stand alone update to 1.1 BETA shortly.

It was that one file missing (the .exe). It's there now.

Same problem here. I wish they would just let me download it like the first patch. I really dont like to have had to install Stardock central just to get a patch. Will i run into problems uninstalling stardock central after i get the patch? Sorry for the complaint, i have had not one problem with the game or anything to do with the game except this. Ive been wiating all week for this, maybe im getting to impatient.

Course not! SDC is really good now. Didnt want at first, am now keeping. easy to get games (hopefully going to get society from Total Gaming) and the other stuff like theme manager is cool too.

I'm having the same problem "account information invalid".

On a related note, I can't start a thread anywhere here for some reason but I can reply. It seems my threads are getting through but when I go look for them they aren't in the forum list.

I often get forum errors (server errors from the forum). Has this forum always had this many problems?
