ok so as always dominion of korx are leaning toweard evil....
As usually i lean towards good path...

then i get the special event message saying dominion of korx now have new ethic blah blah and now they all for peace and harmony

the SAME turn they declare war on me saying they need more land to build semi luxtry home s with a lakeside view and my lands will do nicely....



now thats a strange outlook at peace and harmony dont you think? lol

You do realize this is the same game where, dispite your saintly disposition, you still kill every man woman and child on a planet when you invade right?

Good and evil are kinda relitive terms in this game I'd like to think.

when i play good i often win by influence alone, the only military being my defence fleets, so only people i kill are those that sacrfice themselves heehee


i just find it very funny tho, declaring there live devoveted to peace and harmony and declaring war right away heehee

think of it this way if your a very saintly civilization then the people you must be fighting are evil nay sayers and must be crushed because they believe differently than us and we are the "GOOD" civilization and therefore we must be right.

Sound familiar?

so killing every man woman and child isn't too far fetched because they would be heathens and would need cleansing.

I thought that it was like only the ABLE men and women you were fighting on the planet. Mostly because, for one thing, i'm not fighting 5.9 Billion people, im fighting like, 5000

When you're saintly you are exterminating heretics. You can't let those guys linger on your world, your inquistors have to completely exterminate the plague. No, it doesn't matter if they are saintly as well, they believe in a different god. Its sad how good and evil are always related to religion in some way, and we all know how well the inquisition turns out.

Now, to fix this, we have to implement a cross ethos factor: lawful, neutral, chaotic. Lawful Evil FTW!

(If you can't tell, I AM joking. Although it might be kinda cool, there are more important things.)

5000 in the invasion screen means 5000 legions not 5000 individual soldiers, and each legion has 1 million soldiers so yes you are fighting the entire population.

Correction: you fight the entire tax-paying population. I would assume that children are not included, for how much that matters.
