Multiple Leader Images

Why use the same one?

At first glance, it looks like there's about 5 or 6 different spots your Race Image shows up, in different sizes, different screens, but mostly the same image.
Instead of the same one being doing it all, you could have a "Commitee" running your Empire.
Kirk-Spock-Chekov-Bones..etc...
Picard-Ryker-Data..etc
John-Paul-George-Ringo
Larry-Moe-Curly..

You dont need the same image pasted over each time..The possibilities are endless

Actually, I guess you can make most of the .png from photos..

I want the ability to use my own picture... Well that is if you can't already.
