Feature requests

One thing I'd really like to see is support for multiple monitors.
Nowadays a lot of people use more than one monitor, but games usually only support one.
I would really like it if I could have my main map and such on one screen (for good overview) and my stats and options on the other screen (for full control).

When I saw a thread labelled "Feature Request" I was like "Gawd, I hate when people start trying to dictate how a game should be made" (Mostly due to all the galciv2 threads about how something should've been done this way and not that way and what not)... But then I saw the multiple monitors and was like "Damn, I've been wanting that in a game ever since I started using two monitors"

It would obviously have to be stuff that you don't really need, so that you can still use one monitor if you can. A game called nethack sort of had a feature like this where a second monitor (actually it had to be a second computer, connected via a network) could be used to display stats and other info that would be useful at a glance. Having a game that natively supports a second monitor would be awesome.

However, from what I know there are problems with this. I believe the graphics libraries don't have support for it.. In particular directx would need to have support for it. So it is not as easy as it sounds. But if Stardock is the first to do it, then that would be great for them
