CTD after deleting ship design

I went to delete a ship design that I'd made in a previous game. So I went to the Shipyard screen and clicked on Delete. Then I realized that I'd tried to delete the colony ship design, so I clicked on my custom design and then on Delete. Nothing happened. So I clicked on Delete again. Nothing. Then I clicked on Obsolete, which at least made the design disappear from the list. Then I clicked Done.

Leaving that screen, I got a GNN report announcing the completion of a colony ship that had finished building that turn. When I dismissed that, *then* I got a confirmation box for the ship design deletion. So I accepted it, and got *another* confirmation box, which I also accepted. Immediately after that, GC2 crashed.

Yes, there appears to be a CTD when using the ship designer and selecting buttons in an unexpected order. I had that happen yesterday one time but then never re-occurred with more uses. I suggest that until an upgrade is posted you always use CNTL+S to quicksave your game before going into ship designer.

Here's a series of steps to reproduce the problem easily:

- create and save a tiny hull design with no other components
- build one of these, purchase the ship so it will appear the next turn
- click on the Turn button
- you'll see a GNN message, announcing the ship's construction. Click on the Go To button
- click on Shipyard
- select the tiny ship design
- click on Delete
- click on Delete again
- click on Done
- dismiss the GNN message box by clicking on Done
- confirm the design deletion in the message box that now appears
- another confirmation box will appear. Confirm the deletion a second time.
- GalCiv 2 crashes

I believe that the GNN message is interrupting the normal flow of events. Normally, the confirmation box for a deletion request appears as soon as you click on the Delete button. I don't think the program expects to see two deletion requests for the same design, so it probably gets into trouble when it gets around to processing the second request.

I had the game crash when I tried to replace one of my previously created designs. Essentialy, I created a medium hull design called "Biter" then using the ship design feature I created another design with medium hull and also called "Biter".

The game prompted me to override, I pressed "yes" and the game crashed. I tried it one more time and it all worked well. Not sure what the problem is.

Also, the "Turn" button disapered for about 45 sec and then appeared again. This is probably due to computer calculating the AI moves, although it would have been better if the "turn" button was just grayed out during AI turns.
