I'm definitely not an expert but since I can beat this game on incredible, I think I can advise to a beginner :) Do not rush unless you really see a good point in that like you need to finish a colony ship to get to this super cool 20lvl planet before your neighbour does. Another reason to rush may be to build something that may be built only once per galaxy and you want
