You get the idea. Downloaded the latest patch from Steam last night (7/27) and started game from Steam. This morning it wouldn't start from shortcut, from right-clicking file, nor from Steam. Confirmed files, deleted, reinstalled, it just keeps reloading the loader. Steam sent me here. Other Steam linked games work fine. Most were updated in the past week or so.
