On the gamespy article, see the link it says we can design our own look for our civilisation, whats your planed look, a genral jist of mine:
Buildings will look like pyramids that have many diffrent colours, these colours a constantly changeing, a few buildings will look totally out of place and very down to earth.
The ground near the buildings will look like a beach, a bit further and you reach shallow water then after that, just stars.
I'm coppying this from a free RPG, so if the maker is reading this Thanks.
