TaskBar and Start menu doesnt change with new theme

i am running windows blinds 4.4 i believe with windows xp home. when i go to install a new theme (in this case, the monochrome theme) the top of the windows and scroll bars and such change but the bottom task bar and start menu just turn plain white. i know this is not how its suppose to look cuz i looks different in the screenshot for monochrome. i'll attatch a screenshot of how its suppose to look and how mine looks:

The issue is probably due to your running an older version of WB, and the skin being made for WB version 4.51.

I just downloaded it and it applied as shown in the WindowBlinds library screenshot.

Suggest updating to new version of WindowBlinds (either download the newer shareware version, or use the Support page at Stardock site to enter e-mail and receive a download link).
