can someone help pls

im new at skinning things, and ive just downloaded an icon package but im not sure how i actually apply it
i wud be very grateful is anyone can help with this

Make sure you have this installed: https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/ then double click the downloaded file and it will auto install. If it gives you the 'open with' prompt point to: C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\IconPackager\IconPackager.exe. (Depending on what you have installed, your file path may be different, if it is just do a seach for the .exe file)
