I'm creating a set of tools to more easily work with  the json data of scenarios and other mods (currently only tools for scenarios).

Current tools include:

-A tool to quickly pack and unpack scenario files.
-Save "template" scenarios to quickly make variations
-"Flatten" multiple solar systems into one (useful if trying to place solar systems in a specific spot relative to one another)
-Pair wormholes
-Remove phase lanes
-Remove all but one system and planet range

Better documentation will be provided eventually.

I'm very open to suggestions and am looking for contributions. Any feedback or ideas are appreciated!

I'll continue to develop new tools as I come up with them.
