Not receiving survey outcomes

from GalCiv4 Forums

Hello. Is anyone else having issues with not receiving the completed survey outcomes? If I have multiple surveys complete in one turn I will only receive the outcome for one or two. I can see in the events list the names of the outcomes but I do not receive the choice prompt nor any benefits for all bit one or two.
