Planet Screen 1.65

I'm not sure what's going on with the planet screen. Now most of the icons are white. And the border around every tile is the same color. I miss being able to tell at a glance what the tile was boosting from the tile border color (or even the icon color). Plus, not all icons have been moved over to the new ones, as you can see here (the population one on the bottom left, and wealth one towards the bottom right)

The white icons are basic resource indicators (+1).  The colour icon are super resources..  The green plant icon might indicate +3 food and the yellow one could be +3 wealth.
