I suppose that this has been mentioned before, but to be absolutely sure, I am posting.
There is one building on core worlds that cannot (or I don't see how) be changed once placed. Other buildings placed in the build queue can be Xed out and relocated. In my current game I saw a +3 manufacturing zone and I planned to put my first industrial build there. I placed my capital adjacent, but after I did this I noticed that I had put the capital smack dab on the +3 zone, apparently nullifying its effect. OUCH! I spent some time but didn't see how to undo it other that replaying a few turns. I nearly abandoned the game right there. I finally decided I just need to be more careful, but it rankles.
I see two solutions.
A. require 2 turns to build a capital, so that if it is misplaced one can X it out and replace it.
B. Allow the capital to be relocated, but only on the first turn on which it is created.
Not a HUGE issue, but an annoyance that is needless. Please show some concern for the elderly (I think 73 qualifies) who misclick more often than I suspect than most players.
