Twitchy leaders

When I am looking at my placed leaders, mainly trying to activate the pop up menu to give a harmony crystal gift to improve loyalty, quite often a leader will get twitchy and jump back to the leader pool losing 10 loyalty. This usually happen when AI is moving or something makes things jerky in game, but also when my hand is twitchy. Any movement of mouse while trying to press the button to activate the menu will remove the leader cause 10 loyalty loss not to mention more possible loyalty loss if replaced.

Please don't allow leaders to be drag and dropped for removal.

PS I played one full game with all options maxed except minor races and pirates were minimum with 6 random enemies, slow pacing. Went well and was fun as Arnor. Eventless with no conflicts and a prestige win. It was fun, and ran well.

Hmm, would an option to change how the UI functions work well do you think? Like you can set off the drag/drop function. Also, don't try to do things whilst the AI is having its turn.

Off/On isnt the answer. As I stated it happens when the menu doesn't pop up for firing, bribing, etc a leader. I can look at 5 leaders with the menu popping up and I give a bonus. On the 6 leader the menu doesn't pop up. Clicking again to see if the menu pops up will remove the leader as a double click drag drop removal.

It is too easy to have a leader pulled off the assignment with such a penalty of loyalty imposed.

I don't think I follow. Can you use screenshots to show what you mean?

would switching it so that right click brings up the menu instead help? as long as only double left clicking moves them and double right clicking just brings up the menu again, this should help with any twitchy problems, right?

Right clicking for menu access is helpful. That way no amount of left clicking and twitchiness will cause an administrative failure in game. :) Accidental double clicking is causing the error because the menu doesn't appear always and clicking again to try to open the window is counted as a double click, without having seen the menu.

Right click sounds like a fix.
