Issues updating avatar

Throws up a server error

So, I am trying to update my avatar. It tells me I must use the Stardock Account page to update. Fine, but it takes me here when I follow through the hyperlink. This is what I see:

I tried again with MS Edge and got the same result. But if it works for you then I don't know what the issue could be.

If you use Chrome, try doing it in an incognito window.

I could be wrong, but if memory serves, you must update avatars at JoeUser.

Has this changed?

If i remember right i had to use account page as well. Believe joeuser directs towards that account page. I just checked Joeuser. the images button does not work.

This has been an issue for me so many years but I managed to change mine now. I did it through JoeUser, you'll need to have a Flash plugin and allow it to function then you can change it in the JoeUser. I still can't access the account page, it still showing up the same RunTimeError but since I find a way to get around it, it is fine for me.

We have identified that error on the account page and have corrected the problem.  Thank you for reporting it. You should now be able to access the Account Management page and update your avatar.
