I just purchased the "Intrigue" DLC, but when I go to download it, I get a screen with an errormessage referring me back to Stardock. Stardock refers me to a variety of resources (including this forum) which so far hasn't revealed diddly-squat.

Where did you purchase from?
If you purchased from us, you can get your Steam key from your Stardock account. You would then need to enter it into Steam.
When I navigate to my account using the link you provided and my existing password, it shows no orders. However, I recently ordered (and paid for) the Intrigue expansion for GalCiv III. I have the product key, but when I go to download it, I get an error message directing me back to Stardock. So far I can't find anything in this forum or elsewhere that discusses this type of download failure.
There are no orders associated with this account. If you paid via PayPal it could possibly be under that address.

Otherwise, where are you trying the game from? You have to install via Steam.
