Will Crusade allow the player to build fleets using Mods - like Gauntlet's Mod or Horemvore's Star Trek mod?

I've played a lot of games recently with two fantastic Mods by Horemvore and Gauntlet. 

Probably the highlight for me is some of the shipsets that both these mods contain. 

But I know Gauntlet's shipsets aren't on GalCiv 3 Steamworkshop. 

Will we still be able to use these shipsets in the new Crusade expansion as we can with the ships on the Steamworkshop?

Just so you know, GRM will be remodeled for Crusade to either utilize the editor and be on steam or continue to be a mod.

 

But either way I will find a way to maintain it. I doubt Crusade would make it impossible for me to keep it as a mod.
