Not able to build Yor Assembly

from GalCiv3 Forums

I've tried to find other posts regarding this issue, but I'm not able to. Sorry if I have missed some. My issue is that when playing as Yor, I'm not able to build any Assembly building. These are available in the planet building interface, but when selecting this they will not be finalized. I'm able to start the construction, but when the building time has finalized it isn't built. Or they aren't visible in the planet interface.

The Yor Assembly is a project that builds 5 Yor


When it finishes it does not build a building.  it increases your population.

Actually it only builds 2 Yor 

there are additional techs that each add 2 with the final one adding 8 yor I believe
