Any time I get two or more popup windows (two races send diplomacy, pirates, events, etc) later windows close earlier ones preventing me from reading or interacting with them.
Will update with version# and save file later. In the meantime, is there any known workaround?
looks like v 1.31, and I can't get a good save to guarantee that there will be two popups at one time, sorry. But it does happen multiple times per game.
Use the following instructions at the buttom, Support tool:

Use the tool to generate a debug log when it happens. Submit said debug report to Stardock along with your last autosave prior to the bug + debug.err + prefs.ini.
Maybe they'll be able to trigger something, we never know.
A screenshot would also be helpful if you are able to capture one.

If it's anything like me, it will be impossible to submit a screenshot. The first(s) window(s) disapear almost instantly, only the last remain active.
And the change may be so quick that you don't even have a time to see text.

If it happens often enough, would it be possible to record a video of that happening? Jing, a free app from Techsmith, can be used for recording and uploading the video:

If you are unable to get a video of that happening, the debug file may also give us some insight into what's going on. After encountering this issue and closing the game, prior to relaunching GC3, please run our SupportTool and provide the output in a ticket. The "Support Tool" section on the article below has some information and a download link for that:

I really thought I did... Now, I can't find it, so my guess is I tried to submit it last week-end and it failed, and I forgot to redo it.
Well, I wil send the data next time I play. As for recording a video, one would need to record the entire game to isolate it.
