[BUG 1.1 Hotfix Optin] Multiple Choice Galactic Event Text remains

If there was an Galactic Event with multiple choice (like the "A Scout appears"-Event) the next Galactic Events without multiple choice will still have the text of the multiple choice (i.t.c "Scout"-) event displayed beneath the description.

I play with the scale of text changed to the second-smallest, if this matters.
