[Weapon]Augment1 - the RoF increase - currently costs no Strategic Resources. Intentional?

All of these only cost regular manufacturing now, no Durantium, Elerium or Antimatter - did this change, or has it been this way for a while?

  • RapidReload - KineticCooldown -0.5, at the cost of -0.15 accuracy
  • RapidCharger - BeamCooldown -0.3, at the cost of -0.15 damage
  • MissileAssistter - MissileCooldown -0.25 (later upgrades to RapidReload for -0.5, and this does require anit-matter)

I don't recall these three costing strategic resources in the past, though I could be mistaken. The only weapon augments that I recall costing resources are the ones down the augment branches, not the ones unlocked with the first tech of the appropriate weapon branch.

None of those in the first tier cost any resource and never did. 

 

Along the path some do have resource requirements, like anti matter for the 50% missile cooldown near the end of the missile augment tech line.
