LOL, the sensor boat haters are happy campers tonight I'll bet. The new navigational sensor has a range of 1.

I wonder how Brad feels about that since he had come out in favor of the sensor boats on several occasions. There seems to be multiple camps within the SD devs, just like there are here.

No matter to me, I have already modded them back up to where they were.

sensor boats are still possible, you just can't get an insane one on turn one anymore.

 

Personally i am very happy with starbase sensor buffs.

Yeah, the star bases needed that.

I never built them on turn one but I usually had a 24 range boat by turn 10-12 and I still will.
